We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. From the quality of the materials to the appearance of the marquee tent, if something isn’t up to your standards, we offer a money back

guarantee on our stocked gazebos.

If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with your stocked gazebo, we offer a complete 12-day money back guarantee. This guarantee includes stock-standard canopies and walls. The 12-day period begins

when your gazebo is shipped from our factory.

Just give us a call during business hours or fill out our online form and we’ll help you get the return process underway.

Custom printed gazebo canopies

All sales on custom printed gazebos are final. We do not offer refunds on custom printed gazebo canopies at this time. Because they are custom-printed to your specifications, they cannot be restocked and resold.

We will do everything we can to ensure the custom marquee that arrives at your door is exactly what you have envisioned. We do this by emailing you a free digital proof once we’ve received your image and payment information.

Please make sure you look over your proof in detail. If there is anything that needs to be changed, let us know right away. We’re happy to tweak your proof until it’s just right.

Once you give the final approval, we will begin the production process. Once the production process begins, it cannot be stopped. Once the proof is approved, the sale is considered final and the gazebo cannot be returned.
